Client Deliverables: Unless otherwise stated in a specific SOW, upon receipt of full payment, Berachtech grants the client all rights, title, and interest in the final custom deliverables (e.g., custom software, applications, or website designs) created specifically for the client.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information, business strategies, and sensitive data shared during the course of the project strictly confidential. Neither party will disclose this information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive to provide exceptional service, our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Berachtech makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the specific performance, market success, or uninterrupted availability of the websites, marketing campaigns, or software developed, except as explicitly stated in a signed SOW.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Berachtech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities—arising from or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

Upon termination, all outstanding fees for work completed up to the date of termination shall become immediately due and payable.
